Regular Events

Throughout the year we have regular activities, some home-based and some in and around France. Here's a sample:
 

  • Crêpe evening: usually in February or March, always popular.
     

  • French film evening: usually just before Christmas - subtitled film and good food.
     

  • Local Walk: Usually in Leicestershire or Derbyshire with lunch in a pub or a picnic.
     

  • Annual General Meeting: November, after half an hour's business, we move on to entertainment.

Events 2024

For your diary

Crêpe evening

Saturday 2nd March.
This will be at Elaine Mitchell's on, starting at 7pm.

  • If you have a favourite filling, bring it along.

  • As usual, we'll be starting with savoury gallettes and then moving on to sweet crêpes.

  • Bring a bottle as well

Film evening
Saturday 27th April at Phil and Penny's 7pm.

Le Fils de l'Epicier - an enjoyable, heart-warming rom com set in the beautiful countryside of the south of France.
